The Rules/Bylaws Committee submits the following motion:
Motion to replace the fourth sentence in Art. V, section 5, f with:
The Treasurer shall appoint an Assistant Treasurer for help with assigned duties. Appointee shall serve until a replacement is appointed and may be removed or replaced by a three-fourths (3/4) vote of the State Central Committee. |
