The Conscience of a Libertarian: Empowering the Citizen Revolution with God, Guns, Gambling & Tax Cuts!

By Wayne Allyn Root

“Open your wallets and purses. Look inside. Vote for me. And I promise to stay the hell out of there!”
--Wayne Allyn Root

Wayne Allyn Root (WAR) is not your typical politician; in fact, many in the media call him the "ANTI-Politician." A Libertarian-conservative combination of Barry Goldwater, Ronald Reagan, and Ron Paul (on STEROIDS), he is the author of THE CONSCIENCE OF A LIBERTARIAN: Empowering the Citizen Revolution with God, Guns, Gambling & Tax Cuts, in which he reminds us that there is another choice for voters in America: an independent, common sense path. In his new book, he not only defines the problems in America, but also offers plausible practical solutions. His solutions all lead to two routes: personal and economic freedom.

Root Entertains Hoosier Libertarians at Fundraising Event

INDIANAPOLIS, IN -- Over 50 Hoosier libertarians met Sunday night to hear one of the most electrifying speakers in the Libertarian Party. Wayne Allyn Root, the Party's candidate for Vice President this year, spoke to the Libertarian Party of Indiana at its inaugural Bill of Rights Day Celebration on December 14, 2008.

The LPIN used this night to kick off the Secretary of State race. The LPIN has automatic ballot access because Hoosiers gave two percent of their vote to LPIN candidate Mike Kole in 2006, and the LPIN will be asking voters to grant them automatic ballot access again in 2010. The LPIN leadership asked the crowd to help with the campaign by increasing their contribution to the 1994 Society to help the LPIN prepare for the campaign. The 1994 Society is the monthly contribution program to the LPIN, and is vital to spreading the message of libertarianism in Indiana.

A strong Libertarian party is a form of free speech and free assembly, and ballot access one of the most important aspects of our party spreading the message of smaller government. In these times of bailouts, increased taxes, and bigger government, the Libertarian Party must be stronger than ever.

Rumors of increased percentages are whispered in the halls of the Statehouse despite, or because of, the strength of the Libertarian Party in Indiana. We must be prepared.
