Free Tickets Available for U.S. Senate Debate in Indianapolis

INDIANAPOLIS—The Indiana Debate Commission is offering 262 free tickets for the first of its three U.S. Senate debates, which is scheduled at the downtown campus of IUPUI on Monday, October 11.

The 8 p.m. (Eastern time) live broadcast at the University Place Conference Center and Hotel Auditorium will be moderated by Mizell Stewart III, a board member of the commission and editor of the Evansville Courier & Press and courierpress.com.

LPIN Podcast: Rebecca Sink-Burris Is Ready To Debate

The Indiana Election Commission has announced: Three dates, three locations, three candidates, including Rebecca Sink-Burris. This is becoming less of a story anymore, as inclusion by media and civic groups is now somewhat routine.

Rebecca talks about economic policy, foreign policy, and a matching donor challenge offered by a supporter.

Libertarian Candidates to speak at Kokomo Rally

The Libertarian Party of Indiana announces that they will have three candidates for the upcoming general election speaking at the first ‘Defenders’ of the Constitution’ (DotC) rally in Kokomo on Saturday, September 25.  The Rally will be located at the Kokomo Highland Park main stage from 5-11 pm. Speakers will be taking the podium at 6:30 pm. Libertarian candidates Rebecca Sink-Burris, (US Senate), Mark Vogel, (US Congress, District 2), and Jerry Titus (Howard County Council, District 2) will be speaking and taking questions from the public.

Rebecca Sink-Burris faces Dan Coats and Brad Ellsworth on the ballot for the US Senate seat that Evan Bayh is vacating.  More information on Rebecca’s campaign can be found at http://www.electrebecca.com/.
