Support Young Americans for Liberty in their Efforts to Bring Walter Block to Indiana!

Dear Liberty Lovers and Patriots,

The state of Indiana is populated from top to bottom with education facilities. The organization Young Americans for Liberty is a student led grassroots movement that aims to take back the direction and control of our country by training, educating, and mobilizing students and young professionals committed to “Winning on Principle”. This is a phrase that we coined as a philosophy and as a policy. We are fed up with our rights being trampled on by one administration after another with no sense of fiscal responsibility. Rather than simply complain about this to our friends we have organized to make a real and lasting impression.

We need your support to make these activities possible. Please consider supporting the students at https://www.yaliberty.org/contribute/walterblockin10.

The students in Indiana have and are currently leading the country by example. Purdue hosted the first ever State Conference in November and these conferences will continue on a biannual basis. There are currently 6 chapters already committed to making a real and lasting impact on their respective campuses including Purdue, IUPUI, IU Bloomington, IU Kokomo, IU Southeastern, and Grace College in the north. All six of these chapters have committed to participate in our national campaign to “Visualize the Debt” by creating a large display representing the national debt on campus the week of March 28- April 1.

Three of these schools have taken it upon themselves to host a Lecture Series by Dr. Walter Block.

Young Americans for Liberty at IU, IU Kokomo and Purdue are pleased to announce that we are bringing a bit of the Mises experience to Indiana. Dr. Walter Block has agreed to speak at three different locations here in Indiana for the cost of a single location.

In order to cover his expenses and honorarium we are asking that 100 people donate at least 20 dollars to this event. We have already raised a significant amount of money but we are not done yet. Donate here

Speaking Schedule:

  • March 30 at IU on Environmentalism and the Free Market;
  • March 31 at 2 pm at IU Kokomo on Unions;
  • March 31 at 7 pm at Purdue on Egalitarianism, The Case Against Equality

Below are some links to Dr. Block’s previous presentations.

Please help these students to meet their goals so that they will be able to continue in their mission to train, educate and mobilize their peers.

Thank you for your commitment to Liberty and for your investment into the young people of Indiana.
