Dear Indiana Libertarians,

Please contact your Senators and urge them to vote against the upcoming cap and trade legislation! You may copy and paste the following templates into an email message, or print them out and send a signed hard copy to your senator's address as listed at the bottom. Alternatively, you can call them at their office number and express your concerns.

Cap and trade will:
· Cut many existing jobs, raising unemployment
· Cost the consumer (the average American family) for the higher expenses
· Cost the economy billions of dollars, making it worse off than before
· Make only a negligible effect on climate, if at all

Enacting such damaging legislation would be dangerous for the well-being of millions of Americans who are already struggling in today's weak economy. Thank you for considering this request.
