The Libertarian Party of Florida recently had a Presidential debate between the candidates vying for the Libertarian Party nomination. A straw poll was held after the debate, and Gary Johnson won with 70% of the vote.
Indiana will hold their own debate and straw poll at the LPIN State Convention on the morning of March 24, 2012. Confirmed attendees are Gary Johnson, Lee Wrights, Bill Still, and Jim Burns.

A very healthy crop of candidates. Gary Johnson won because he took a commanding presence on the stage and deftly responded to all questions. He inherently looks and sounds more presidential than his counterparts. I nevertheless liked performances by Lee Wrights and Leroy Saunders. Perhaps they could play a role in a Gary Johnson cabinet.
